Two trades, one crew

Most appliance companies fix the machine and leave. When a dishwasher has been leaking for six months, fixing the machine solves half the problem: the boards in front of it are still ruined, and the homeowner is left finding a second trade who will inevitably suggest refinishing the whole room. We ended up doing both because the second half of that job kept landing in front of us.

The appliance side

Residential and commercial, every major brand, with a deliberate focus on high-end and built-in equipment. Sub-Zero, Wolf, Miele, Thermador, Viking and Dacor make up a large share of the work, precisely because general repair shops decline those jobs. Built-in refrigeration needs manufacturer diagnostics, brand-specific parts and sealed-system experience, and a company that mostly swaps drain pumps is not set up for it.

The stone and floor side

Granite and marble restoration, operating as Y-TECH Floor & Surface Repair. Chips, cracks, scratches, dull surfaces, faded colour, sealing, edge work, hole drilling and custom cutting and fitting. Alongside it, localised floor repair: one damaged board or one worn area, repaired and colour-matched rather than refinishing an entire room.

How we price

Appliance work carries a flat $115 service call, credited toward the repair when you approve it. Stone and floor work is priced per job. In both cases the final price comes after an on-site inspection, and nothing appears on the invoice that you did not agree to first.
